A Journey of Passion and Dedication Rachana L. McPherson, known as RL McPherson, is a dedicated professional with over 14 years of experience across a wide range of business disciplines, including operations management, project management, business intelligence, human resources, and business education. He also brings more than 15 years of expertise in singing and voice training, having performed both as a soloist and in choral groups, with coaching from top industry professionals in classical and contemporary performance. Rachana holds a Master of Science in Marketing and Data Analytics, a Bachelor of Education in Business Studies, and a number of certifications in Public Speaking, Negotiation & Conflict Resolution, Project Management, Human Resources, and Leadership.
